About Debbie
Debbie McKeon is a Partner and Senior Advisor for Strategic Partnerships at Kind Capital, bringing nearly 40 years of nonprofit and philanthropic leadership to the firm's impact investing work. She previously served as President & CEO of Catalyst of San Diego & Imperial Counties and co-led Philanthropy California, EVP and COO of the Council of Michigan Foundations, Executive Director of NorthSky Nonprofit Network, and president of McKeon & Associates Inc.
Debbie guided the building of Michigan's impact investing ecosystem and the organization's equity-focused work across its 300 members, helped expand California's impact investing ecosystem, and led the development of several social enterprise and small business TA programs to prepare potential investees. As a social entrepreneur she co-founded state and international organizations and has worked across six continents building public-private partnerships.
