Paulina Muñoz brings nearly a decade of experience in Debt Capital Markets at HSBC, where she structured sovereign and corporate bond transactions across Latin America, including Social Bonds and ESG-linked transactions. Paulina also has experience in venture capital through an investing fellowship at Equal Opportunity Ventures, where she led due diligence related to early-stage deals supporting economic mobility in the US.

Paulina serves on the SEO National Leadership Council to support pathways of under-resourced communities into careers in finance. Paulina holds a BA in International Studies from Johns Hopkins University, with a minor in Economics. She is originally from Mexico City and grew up in New York.
