Thomas is a proven entrepreneur and technology leader. He was the former Co-Founder and CEO of a leading VC-backed, Silicon Valley A.I. company (https://www.got-it.ai/) and also authored a US patent on advanced matching technology for that company. Thomas has grown and managed large technology teams of over 100 engineers. He was the former Co-Founder of Elliott Bay Technologies, a software engineering firm that focused on building early stage technology companies. Thomas has strong capabilities in software engineering, product development, and A.I. spanning a 20+ year career in the technology industry. He is a former software engineering adjunct professor at the University of Iowa’s Department of Computer Science. As a doctoral student, he published CDC-funded research in the field of computational epidemiology using big data, sensor networks, and large-scale distributed simulation (Oxford Journals 2012). He is the Co-Founder and CTO of HomeRoom Inc. (Y Combinator W’22), Co-Founder of Distynct, angel investor and board member at Jobhop Inc., and a partner at Kind Capital.
